What is Seven Acres?
Seven Acres is a small Canadian business rooted in Central Alberta. We’re all about quality denim and apparel inspired by the western, rural and blue-collar lifestyle we know and love. We also give back to our growing community through unique promotional contests and giveaways, so there’s always something exciting happening around here. 🤎

Where is Seven Acres located?
We are located 45 mins south of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, although at this time we do not have a store front, we offered scheduled local pick up. 🤎

Where do you ship?
We ship across Canada and the United States! Available shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout. U.S. orders may be subject to applicable duties, taxes or import fees upon delivery.

Are your 7 For All Mankind jeans authentic?
Absolutely. Seven Acres is an authorized 7 For All Mankind retailer, and all of our 7FAMK denim is authentic and sourced directly through the brand.

How do pre-orders work?
Pre-orders let you secure upcoming styles before they arrive. The estimated arrival or shipping timeframe will be listed in the product description. Please keep in mind that arrival dates are estimates and may occasionally change due to circumstances outside of our control.

Can I return an item?
Returns are accepted on eligible apparel only and are issued as store credit only. Stickers and all other non-apparel items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Eligible apparel must have all original tags attached and be in new, unworn and unwashed condition. Items must be free of odors, makeup, deodorant, stains, pet hair or any other signs of wear.

Once your return has been received, inspected and approved, store credit will be issued electronically. Items that do not meet our return requirements may be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders cancelled before shipping are subject to a 20% cancellation/restocking fee. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Eligible apparel may instead be returned according to our Return Policy for store credit.

Can I cancel or return a pre-order?
Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Pre-order inventory is secured specifically based on customer orders, so please double-check your style, size and order details before checking out.

Once received, eligible pre-order apparel may be returned for store credit only in accordance with our regular Return Policy. Stickers and other non-apparel items remain final sale.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
If your tracking shows an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier and reach out to us so we can help provide any information available from our end. Seven Acres is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

What happens if my package is returned to sender?
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to Seven Acres due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery or another customer-related delivery issue, additional shipping charges will apply before the order can be sent again.

How do I know what size to order?
Check out our Size Chart for measurements and fit information. We’ll also include any style-specific fit details we have in each product description.

Does Seven Acres run promotional contests?
Yes! Promotional contests are one of the fun ways we give back to and engage with the Seven Acres community. From time to time, we offer opportunities to enter for a chance to win some pretty exciting prizes.

How do I enter a promotional contest?
Entry methods can vary depending on the promotion. Each contest will have its own Official Rules explaining how to enter, eligibility requirements, important dates, prize details and how a potential winner is selected. No purchase necessary.

Do I have to make a purchase to enter?
No. Our promotional contests include a no-purchase-necessary method of entry. Full instructions for entering without making a purchase can be found in the Official Rules for the applicable contest.

Where can I find current promotional contests?
Keep an eye on our website and join the Seven Acres Facebook group! That’s where we’ll share current promotions, giveaways, new arrivals and other Seven Acres updates.

Who can enter Seven Acres promotional contests?
Eligibility may vary by promotion, so always check the Official Rules before entering. The rules for each contest will specify eligible ages and locations, contest dates and any other requirements.

Are stickers returnable?
No. All sticker sales are final. Stickers are not eligible for returns, cancellation, exchanges or store credit.

Will you be carrying more brands and products?
Yes! We’re just getting started. Our goal is to continue bringing in quality denim, apparel and other pieces that fit the Seven Acres lifestyle.
